Hi! Thanks for checking out our post, we are stoked to be considered by you! Sancho's Tacos Bakersfield is currently looking to hire someone part time with open availability to join our team.
Requirements: 
  • 3 years customer service/restaurant industry  
  • Lead experience preferred - room for growth/we promote within  
  • Cash handling experience and opening/closing of cash drawer 
  • Must have availability Monday through Friday, including Weekends and mornings
  • Must have or obtain Food Handlers & ABC Server Certification prior to first training shift 
A little about the position: 
  • Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our locations! The customer experience begins and ends with You! This role greets guests, inputs orders and processes payments, helps ensure an amazing customer experience and works as a team player to maintain shop cleanliness! 
  • Hours of Operation Include:
    Monday-Thursday 7am-8pm
    Fridays 7am-9pm
    Saturdays 9am-9pm
    Sunday 9am-8pm 
We are looking for: 
  • Experienced Cashiers/Food Runners/Bussers 
  • Availability - Monday through Friday, Including Weekends 
  • Outgoing, Quick Learning & Customer Service Oriented Personality!
