Role Expectations amp; Policy Enforcement

All Unitus Security Officers are expected to operate in strict alignment with client-specific post orders, company policies, and operational standards.

This role requires:

  • Consistent enforcement of property rules, company policies, and client directives
  • The ability to execute duties as assigned without deviation, based on site-specific expectations
  • A commitment to professional conduct, appearance, and communication standards at all times
  • Understanding that all assignments are client-driven environments, and flexibility is required to meet operational needs

Failure to adhere to policies, post orders, or client expectations—including attendance, uniform compliance, conduct, and job performance—may result in progressive discipline up to and including separation of employment.
