Job description

Advanced Practice Provider – Inpatient Transplant Non-OR  (Part-Time)

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its multidisciplinary Transplant and Hepatobiliary inpatient team. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients, as well as hepatobiliary patients, in a high acuity inpatient setting along with exposure to critical care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, comfort practicing with a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position contributes to excellence in patient care and supports the educational and leadership missions of the organization.

The Piedmont Transplant Institute is ranked among the top 5% of transplant centers in the United States by volume, performing more than 300 kidney transplants and 200 liver transplants in the most recent fiscal year.
