Cross Schools is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and faith-aligned individuals to serve as Summer Camp Counselors for our upcoming summer camp program. Counselors play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where campers can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Position Overview

Summer Camp Counselors are responsible for supervising and leading groups of campers in daily activities including recreation, arts and crafts, outdoor play, enrichment activities, and team-building experiences. Counselors serve as positive role models and ensure a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all campers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and actively engage with a group of campers throughout the camp day
  • Lead and assist with structured activities, games, and enrichment programs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and Christ-centered camp culture
