To thrive as a Part Time Strategic Sourcing Manager, you need expertise in procurement, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and a relevant degree such as supply chain management or business administration. Familiarity with sourcing platforms, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and procurement certifications like CPSM or CIPS is typically expected.
