Job Title: Hospice RN – Community Visit Nurse (Start Part-Time, Grow with Us)

The Opportunity:
This is a perfect fit for a compassionate RN looking for a flexible, field-based role with the potential for future growth. You'll serve as a critical support to patients and families navigating one of life’s most tender chapters.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Making scheduled and as-needed visits to patient homes and facilities
  • Managing symptoms, monitoring health changes, and offering wound care
  • Supporting emotional needs and educating family members
  • Documenting clearly in our EMR system
  • Collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team

What You’ll Need:

  • MN RN license in good standing
  • Experience in hospice preferred (palliative, oncology, or med-surg with EOL experience also welcome)
  • Confidence in working independently and managing time well
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Driver’s license and dependable transportation
