About the Role

From The GroundUp is hiring Landscaping Laborers tomaintain residential and commercial properties across the greater Twin Cities area. This is a hands-on outdoor job where you will be working with softscapes to keep properties clean and professional.

No experience? We will train. Have experience? You willmove upfaster.

What You Will Do

• Perform basic landscaping tasks (mulching, trimming, bed maintenance)

• Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

This is active, physical work - you will be outdoors and moving all day.

Schedule & Work Expectations

8-12 hour days roughly April-November

We strive for work-life balance with 4 day work weeks as often as possible

Opportunity for snow removal for year-round work

What We Are Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ages 18+
• Able to obtain a DOT card (clean drug test and good health)
• Able to work outdoors 8-12 hours per day

• Able to lift 50+lbsregularly

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work as part of a team

Experience with lawn care or outdoor work is aplus, butnotrequired.

Pay & Benefits

• $21-26 per hour based on experience

• Health insurance with HSA (full-time employees)

• Up to48 hoursPTO (increases with tenure)
