What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously

  • Oversee front desk operations, including visitor logs, mail handling, and keeping the reception area neat and inviting

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed

  • Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
