Job description

Description
The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. Customer Service Desks include the Front Desk or the Activities Desk. These two desks are a vital part of the Rochester Athletic Club Operations' Team.
  • The Front Desk staff is the first team our members and guest interact with when they enter the RAC. It is the "welcome" team.
  • The Activities Desk staff provides help to members and guests once in the club. Responsibilities include answering questions, scheduling activities and making reservations.

We are currently seeking applicants for all hours. Please share details about your availability when completing this application including specific days and evening specific timeframes you are available to work part-time at the RAC. Please no phone calls.
