  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview

Spark Fitness is looking for a motivated and confident Scheduler to join our team. This role focuses on contacting new leads and scheduling them for in-person consultations at our gym.

You’ll be the first voice potential members hear — setting the tone for an exciting and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Call new leads daily to schedule consultation appointments
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
  • Follow up with leads via phone and text as needed
  • Accurately log call activity and appointment details
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic tone on every call

  • Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
  • Confident in making a high volume of calls daily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sales or call center experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Bilingual English/spanish speakng
