We are currently seeking a part-time Appointment Scheduler who are committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Weisgarber and KOC University locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create patient appointments for all KOC locations
  • Obtain patient information and schedule follow ups as needed
  • Work incoming referrals in Updox
  • Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Understanding of all safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
