Job description

Who We Are
Kamada Inc. is a globally integrated biopharmaceutical company specializing in specialty plasma-derived therapeutics. With a diverse portfolio of FDA-approved products, a strong development pipeline, and industry-leading manufacturing capabilities, we are committed to advancing patient care and delivering therapies that save lives. Our U.S. Commercial team plays a key role in expanding access to these innovative treatments and building strong partnerships with healthcare providers across the country.
Would You Be a Great Product Consultant?
As a Product Consultant, you will help introduce Kamada's plasma-based therapies to transplant clinics, infectious disease practices, and pharmacies. You'll be at the forefront of expanding product awareness, supporting product access, and identifying new business opportunities. Working remotely, you will partner closely with Product Specialists in assigned regions to exceed sales targets and strengthen market penetration.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in outbound outreach, communicates scientific information with confidence, and enjoys building relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)-including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other licensed clinical providers involved in patient care, treatment decisions, or prescribing.
Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You
If you are energized by connecting with clinicians, explaining clinical information, and influencing product adoption-without the travel and demands of a traditional field-based sales role-this part-time opportunity offers flexibility and impact. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative commercial environment with the ability to meaningfully contribute to patient access and provide education while partnering with a seasoned team of Product Specialists.
This is a part-time, exempt, salaried position and is not eligible for company benefits.
Why Work with Kamada Inc.?
Joining Kamada means joining a mission-driven organization where every role contributes to improving patient outcomes. You'll work alongside experts across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations, sharing field insights that directly shape strategy, messaging, and market execution. If you value autonomy, collaboration, and clinical conversations, this role offers a uniquely rewarding path.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant clinics, infectious disease practices, and pharmacies.
  • Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to present clinical and product information.
  • Partner closely with Product Specialists on territory planning and account strategy.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and data analysis.
  • Educate HCPs and pharmacy staff on product use, patient access, and reimbursement pathways.
  • Communicate field insights to internal Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the company CRM.
  • Support distribution partners, specialty pharmacies, and hospitals in coordinating product access.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and relevant scientific developments.

Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist with educational programming for target accounts.
  • Participate in internal product and sales training.
  • Provide feedback to support marketing initiatives and cross-functional planning.

What You'll Bring
Education
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, preferably within transplant, infectious disease, or plasma-derived therapeutics.
  • Proven success in inside sales, account management, or outreach roles with measurable performance results.
  • Experience communicating clinical or scientific information to HCPs, pharmacists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in data-driven prospecting and relationship cultivation within hospitals, specialty clinics, or pharmacy environments.

Acceptable Variances
Proven sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare technology may substitute for direct transplant market experience.
Equal Opportunity Employer
