Job description

CONSULTING ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to help manage the accounting functions for various clients.
This is a part time position with flexible hours.
Essential Functions:
  • Monthly financial statement preparation
  • Management of bookkeeping, cash, and AR/AP
  • Monitor and improve upon clients' internal controls
  • Manage and/or assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience specifically with full-cycle accounting and understanding of GAAP
  • Self-starter/adaptable mentality
  • Solid understanding of various accounting software systems:
    • QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, MS Dynamics, etc.
  • Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
  • CPA License or licensing in-process preferred
