Receptionist – Coffee N Nails

Location: Coffee N Nails
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About Us

Coffee N Nails is more than a nail salon—we provide a relaxing experience where customers can enjoy professional nail services and complimentary beverages in a warm, welcoming environment. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a smile and a warm welcome.
  • Check customers in and confirm their appointments or walk-in services.
  • Help customers choose between regular polish, gel polish, or acrylic (powder) services.
  • Show customers available nail colors and service options.
  • Communicate with the manager to assign the appropriate nail technician.
  • Escort customers to their pedicure chair or manicure table.
  • Offer beverages and prepare coffee or other drinks.
  • Check on customers throughout their visit and refill drinks as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Confirm services before checkout and assign the correct nail technician(s) to each ticket.
  • Explain that gratuity is optional and assist customers with payment.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave a Google review.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
