Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of assigned nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. This role serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff while promoting a positive resident and employee experience.

Responsibilities
