This role offers the opportunity to support business growth through strategic outbound sales and executive-level engagement.
The position focuses on generating qualified opportunities by connecting with senior decision-makers across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Energy industries.
You will play a key role in opening conversations, building relationships, and creating valuable sales opportunities for a growing technology and consulting environment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, confidence in cold outreach, and the ability to engage professionals at the executive level.
This is a high-impact opportunity designed for someone who enjoys relationship-building, prospecting, and helping businesses identify solutions to improve operations.
You will work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders to refine messaging, track results, and maximize outreach effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will focus on driving qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, professional communication, and effective appointment setting with key business stakeholders.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted senior-level IT and operations contacts within the AEC and Energy industries.
  • Engage with CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of IT, Operations Leaders, and other executive decision-makers to introduce business solutions and create interest.
  • Use provided messaging frameworks while adapting conversations naturally to build trust and establish meaningful connections.
  • Secure qualified discovery meetings by identifying prospects' needs, confirming interest, and scheduling conversations with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of U.S. time zones and optimize outreach timing to maximize engagement rates.
  • Confirm scheduled meetings, follow up with prospects, and help reduce cancellations or no-shows through professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, documenting call outcomes, prospect feedback, and key insights in shared reporting tools.
  • Provide weekly feedback on outreach performance, including successful messaging, common objections, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally while keeping conversations focused on opening opportunities and creating successful handoffs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to continuously improve prospecting strategies and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced outbound sales professional with strong communication abilities, confidence engaging executives, and a proven ability to generate business opportunities through cold outreach.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven experience communicating with executive-level decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and senior operational leaders.
  • Excellent spoken English skills with a strong professional phone presence.
  • Ability to confidently handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and create engaging conversations.
  • Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent activity tracking habits.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in IT consulting, infrastructure services, Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or Energy industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools, calling platforms, recording/transcription software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage priorities, follow structured processes, and deliver results in a remote working environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and skill level.
  • Performance-based bonus of $25 per qualified and completed meeting.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement with autonomy over scheduling.
  • Part-time engagement of approximately 10 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST, aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Opportunity to work with international clients and gain exposure to global business environments.
  • Weekly payment structure.
  • Free training and opportunities for professional upskilling.
  • Continuous support, guidance, and access to a collaborative professional community.
