This is an exciting and highly rewarding role for the right candidate. An opportunity to work within the real estate business at a high level without the challenges of commission or start-up time and costs. We are looking for a highly capable, growth-minded individual who can serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO while supporting day-to-day real estate team operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate ideas into actionable systems, and is energized by helping a growing business operate efficiently and at scale. They are comfortable working autonomously at times.
The right person is highly organized, solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling executive support alongside transaction coordination, client communication, and operational tasks. They bring strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to everything they do.
Preference will be given to candidates who have real estate experience and proficiency in the tools our team uses daily.
What will you do?
  • Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting day-to-day priorities and helping translate ideas into systems and execution
  • Support a small real estate team with operations and aspects of transaction coordination
  • Work in collaboration with another geographic market via Zoom and phone
  • Attend various meetings with the CEO
  • Add contacts to the database and schedule follow-up meetings
  • Assist with agent and client communication
  • Assist with data entry and research
  • Creation and processing of real estate paperwork
  • Execute client event planning and hosting in the NC market
  • Assist with the execution of the marketing plan
  • Assist with content creation, including recording and photographing, as directed by the CEO
  • Overnight travel may be necessary on occasion for industry and trade conferences

• Proficiency in Follow Up Boss and HubSpot
• Strong Google Workspace and Excel skills
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Tasklet
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Ability to manage a database with a high level of detail and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-D CEO

Compensation
• Compensation may include a combination of hourly rate, performance-based bonus, and 401(k) contributions. Health benefits are not currently offered. This is a part-time, somewhat hybrid role for the right candidate with opportunity for growth and advancement if desired and earned.
