Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $100,000โ€“$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models)
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA or related field
  • Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)
