Warmly greet patients, ensuring a positive and professional front desk experience
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online patient inquiries promptly
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy
Send appointment reminders via phone, text, or email to reduce no-shows
Administrative Support
Accurately maintain and update patient records and intake forms within our patient management software
Perform timely and precise data entry to ensure up-to-date information
File, scan, and organize patient documents to keep records accessible and compliant
Front Office Management
Maintain a tidy, inviting, and professional reception area
Monitor office supplies usage and place orders as necessary
Perform general office tasks and coordinate with vendors as required

Salary Range

Part-time $22 - $30 per hour
