Job description

We are looking for a part-time front desk receptionist to join a dynamic, fun team at West Seattle Dental Center - an established multi-dentist dental practice.

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Strong computer skills (Dentrix is a plus).
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work well on own and in a team environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently and independently problem solve with reason and logic.
  • 3+ years receptionist and/or office administration experience preferred.
 
Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, confirm appointments, accept and process payments, manage basic patient information in dental managing software, scan/import/export/print electronic documents, maintain front desk and waiting room appearance, provide some administrative staff support, and other duties as assigned
