This role oversees the production systems behind recurring editorial lists, annual guides and franchise packages. The position is equal parts operations manager, researcher, proofreader and data coordinator-ensuring listings remain accurate, organized and on schedule year after year. This person will work internally with editorial, art, production, advertising and marketing teams, as well as communicating with nonprofits, arts organizations and outside contributors.
The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with Southwest Florida-from Marco Island to Punta Gorda-and understands the regional landscape well enough to identify gaps, inconsistencies or geographic imbalance in coverage.
