Job Description:

As the clinical and advanced therapy part of UPS Healthcare, we reach patients faster, with greater scalability and access to new pathways throughout the supply chain. With our One UPS advantage and comprehensive service portfolio, including Polar Speed's in-network pharmacies, we are optimally positioned to keep our clients competitive in an increasingly complex market

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Computer & Documentation:UtilizeMS Outlookfor constant communication with agents andExcelfor tracking inventory and shipment data.

  • Import/Export Coordination:Prepare and review shipping papers andimport documentationin accordance withglobal guidelines.

  • System Management:Learn and master our internal transportation system (Maestro) to update milestones, create flight plans, and enter data into the TMS.

  • Tracking & Manifesting:Ensure all recovered shipments are scanned upon arrival, checked against the manifest for weight/piece count, and "Post-flighted" to confirm departure.

  • Communication:Create pre-alerts for global agents and escalate any logistical concerns to senior leadershipimmediately.

  • Warehouse Support:Handle dry ice safely, replenish shipments based on temperature needs, andmaintainan organized, clean workspace.

  • Compliance:CompleteGxPdocumentation logs and ensure all labeling (weight, orientation, etc.) is 100%accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Computer Proficiency:Strong experience withMicrosoft Excel and MS Outlookisrequired.

  • Logistics Background:Previousexperience working withimport documentsand shipping procedures.

  • Attention to Detail:Ability tomaintain"zero-error" accuracy while working in afast-pacedenvironment.

  • Cold Chain Knowledge:Experience with cold chain management or handling dry ice is a major plus.

  • Flexibility:Ability to be flexible with shift hours to meet the "Next Flight Out" demands.

  • Physical Requirements:Ability toassistin the recovery, unloading, and tendering of shipments to airlines (Forklift certification desired).

  • Pay: Between 19-20$
