Join Straub Collaborative's fast-paced studio operations team!

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our studio production environment. This role is critical to keeping merchandise moving accurately and efficiently from intake through final shipment-ensuring our clients' products are handled with care every step of the way.

This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, and working behind the scenes to make operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in managing product flow throughout our studio lifecycle, including:

Receiving & Inventory Tracking

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming merchandise
  • Tag and track products using internal systems
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records

Product Flow & Studio Support

  • Distribute merchandise to production teams
  • Collect and reprocess items post-shoot
  • Partner with stylists, project managers, and studio teams

Shipping & Returns

  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate carriers, pickups, and shipping methods
  • Ensure accurate and complete returns to clients

Organization & Quality Control

  • Maintain clean, organized storage and shipping areas
  • Track supplies and support inventory accuracy
  • Perform quality checks and flag discrepancies

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or similar operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
