The Opportunity:
For an organization to transform in today's digital world, it needs to properly collect, store, and organize its data. Effective data management leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enable more efficient operations, yielding more growth. As an AI Architect, you know how to leverage industry standard tools to help organizations manage their data assets. We're looking for an experienced AI Architect like you to deliver leading-edge solutions for national security.
As an AI Architect on our team, you will work within a growing architecture team to define AI product strategy, validate customer needs, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on structuring AI use cases and guiding how AI capabilities are applied in real-world environments.
With your ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward you'll make a lasting impact on mission.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience architecting or implementing enterprise IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience architecting highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or GCP
  • Experience working with AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale, including translating business needs into technical AI solutions
  • Experience with AI and data science using Python programming and big data technologies, including Hive, Q, Bedrock, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks
  • Experience with the Amazon AI tools
  • Knowledge of LLMs and model evaluation or validation concepts
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience architecting and implementing highly available, scalable, and resilient FedRAMP enterprise cloud environments
  • Experience with Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions, network architecture, and security principles
  • DHS Suitability
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering field
  • Security, Cloud, or Software Development Certification, including AI, ML, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or NLP Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
