Power Platform Developer
The Opportunity:
Build business applications and dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform. Design intuitive Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create actionable Power BI reports and dashboards. Guide stakeholders and create concise, collaborative documentation that supports iterative Agile delivery. Write custom code to create and deploy Power Platform solutions, as needed. Customize and brand Power Platform sites, configure workflows, and customize lists, pages, and forms using Power Platform. Support installation and configuration of Power Platform instances in cloud environments. Foster user adoption of Power Platform by demonstrating Power Platform features and technologies to clients and enabling the conversion of business requirements into solutions. Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner. Discuss requirements with clients and follow internal and client-specific protocols used to document and design Power Platform sites, templates, structure, and taxonomy development required to develop and implement solutions using Power Platform Participate in all facets of the software development life cycle, including requirements solicitation and documentation, system and acceptance testing, and training, as needed.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications
  • Experience working with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations
  • Experience integrating apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs
  • Ability to use Microsoft Flow and Power Automate
  • Ability to design and implement Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows
  • Ability to work with general web technologies, including AngularJS, SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with database modeling and concepts, Performance Points, Reporting Services, Business Data Catalogs, and Business Connectivity Services
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
