We are seeking a Part-Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our clinics serving Johnson County, Kansas. The is potential for this being a full-time role as well.
This role will be primarily located in either our Overland Park or Blue Valley locations, with flexibility for remote work from home as needed. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options. Youll love working in our modern office environment designed with a warm vibe and community feel.

Clear expectations (because transparency matters):
  • Provide clinical supervision to dependent licensees
  • Maintain a part-time caseload
  • Review and approve supervisee documentation in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
  • Have an interest in ADHD assessment and/or psychological testing
What your days will actually look like:
  • Providing direct care for individuals, families, and/or groups using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, and others
  • Seeing the type of clients you want to seewhen you want to see them
  • Conducting psychological assessments as appropriate
  • Assisting dependent licensees with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Reviewing and approving documentation consistent with professional standards and established procedures
  • Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team to help fill gaps in our community
  • Attending and participating in clinical trainings
  • Responding to communications from the Clinical Director in a professional and timely manner
  • Completing and submitting documentation in a timely fashion (within 48 hours)

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure in the State of Kansas
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
