Job Summary
Adjunct Instructors in the Department of Educational Leadership provide high-quality instruction in graduate-level courses aligned with the department's mission to prepare educational leaders for diverse school and organizational contexts. This position is part-time and filled on an as-needed basis depending on program enrollment and departmental needs.
Essential Job Functions
  • Teach assigned graduate-level courses using current pedagogical methods and maintain accurate records of student performance and grades.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with students, department chair, and university personnel.
  • Other duties may be assigned to support departmental and university needs.

Minimum and Desired Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree (master's or higher) in Educational Leadership, School Law, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational leadership or related subject matter.
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching and student success.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Educational Leadership or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational leadership or related subject matter.
