10SION (Tension) is a next-level fitness concept that fuses the precision of reformer Pilates with the intensity of Strength Training all within a stunning, design-forward space. We exist to help people grow stronger, inside and out, by embracing tension as a catalyst for transformation.
Our first studio, just opened in Oak Lawn, IL and we're in search of a Part Time Manager to assist with establishing 10SION as the premiere Pilates x Strength studio.
Position Summary:

Part Time Managers are positive, energetic, and efficient individuals who are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. During presales the job encompasses assisting with day-to-day lead generation, tracking, membership sales, and promoting the 10SION brand.
Once the studio is open, managers continue to promote 10SION to increase membership, and will warmly welcome and take care of our members.

  • Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Manage delegated operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness

  • Sell memberships, retail, and services
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
  • As a 10SION ambassador, Managers will promote, sell, and add to the 10SION culture in and out of the studio
