Graham is actively recruiting for a Corporate HSE Administrator. Reporting to the Corporate HSE Manager, the Corporate HSE Administrator is responsible for supporting HSE Corporate Services and providing essential support across various initiatives, including HSE compliance, sustainability efforts, audit processes, and internal communications.

This is a 2-Day part-time (Thursday and Friday,) 12-months maternity leave coverage. The position is based in our Calgary Corporate Office and requires in-office attendance.

As the HSE Administrator, you will: 

  • Manage Service Desk Requests: Prioritize and respond to incoming service desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, communications, and email correspondence
  • Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and estimates.
  • Work closely with Corporate Services teams and relevant field HSE teams on various HSE initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of HSE and sustainability programs and initiatives
  • Conduct gap analysis and document integration of HSE documents
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external audit processes to uphold various Certificates of Recognition and ensure corrective actions are implemented into the HSE MS for continuous improvement
  • Oversee Digital Platforms: Regularly update and maintain internal websites and software to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
  • Support third-party registry and vendor accreditation systems, as required
  • Assist in tracking and reporting environmental KPIs, such as emissions, water usage, and waste management
  • Plan and support HSE-related events, training sessions, and awareness campaigns
  • Assist with Online Incident Reporting system, as required
  • Demonstrate behaviors that align with the company’s commitment to Actively Caring
  • Provide other HSEQ support as required

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Completion of a diploma program in a Business Administration, Communication, or English Education discipline is an asset
  • Experience in the construction industry with a medium-to-large organization
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and service desk management system
