Position: Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Columbia - Jefferson City (In-person)
- Will need to be able to travel between Columbia and Jefferson City
Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20–30 hours per week)
                   4 days a week/5 hrs per day  (preferably 9:30 or 10 until 2:30 or 3)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing landscape company. This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks, communicating with customers, scheduling services, and assisting with office operations to ensure our team runs efficiently.

Responsibilities: 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Schedule estimates, maintenance visits, and customer appointments.
  • Coordinate schedules with field crews and management.
  • Prepare work orders, proposals, and customer documents.
  • Process invoices and customer payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job files.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by organizing employee timesheets.
  • Order office supplies and maintain an organized office.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other general administrative duties.
  • Support management with reports and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or a service-based business is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
