Job Description

As a part-time Transport Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients and their personal items from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. You will be responsible for following company policies, compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintaining the safety of our vehicles. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about customer service, has a positive attitude, and is dedicated to providing excellent service.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, and company policies/policies.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with no violations.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check test.
  • Must be able to pass an internal screening to determine the extent of drug usage in the last three years; if so, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Split shift- 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the afternoon 

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Springfield, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Van driver: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or GED; must be 18 or older
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Pass background screening
  • Complete and pass all required trainings
  • Ability to accurately complete required daily documentation
  • Responsible, clean, professional
