  • Manage the complete lifecycle of reinsurance contracts for assigned accounts

  • Draft contract language reflecting reinsurance negotiations between clients and reinsurers

  • Initiate contract transmittals and coordinate execution of final documentation

  • Build relationships with reinsurance brokers and clients

  • Answer contract-related inquiries for assigned accounts

  • Provide reinsurance contract analysis independently or with the Global Contract Consultant team

  • Use Marsh Re’s AI-assisted contract analysis tool after receiving training

  • Mentor and facilitate colleagues new to the industry through the Contract Drafter Academy

  • Lead or collaborate on Contracts Team projects

  • Create and present training on reinsurance industry topics

  • Develop workflow tools to improve work-product efficiency and accuracy


Requirements

  • 2+ years of reinsurance experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
