Job Description:
RECOVRY is seeking a fun, energetic, creative, and social media-savvy team member to join our Huntington office for a part-time evening role. This position is ideal for someone who loves creating content, enjoys being around people, and can also help support the front desk and patient experience during evening hours.
This role is primarily focused on social media support and content creation, while also assisting with select patient care coordinator responsibilities when needed. You’ll help bring the RECOVRY brand to life online by creating engaging content, capturing moments in the clinic, and helping us maintain a strong and consistent social media presence. During non-content hours, you’ll support front desk operations and help ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.
This is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, organized, confident on social media, and excited to be part of a growing wellness brand.
Schedule:
Part-time evening shifts (can be flexible to 2 day minimum):
  • Monday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM 
  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM 
  • Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM 
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM 
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms 
  • Capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and in-clinic moments 
  • Help create, post, and schedule social media content 
  • Brainstorm fun, engaging, and on-brand content ideas 
  • Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with relevant local content 
  • Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence online 
  • Track content ideas and assist with organizing a content calendar 
  • Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming front desk experience 
  • Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and respond to basic patient inquiries 
  • Collect co-pays and support light front desk administrative tasks as needed 
  • Help keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable 
Requirements:

  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and branding 
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends preferred 
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating engaging content 
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with patients and team members 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask 
  • Previous front desk, hospitality, wellness, retail, or medical office experience is a plus 
  • Basic computer skills required; EMR experience is a plus 
Compensation:
$19 - $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
