Atlantic Group is hiring an Office Manager in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting office administration, workplace operations, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office activities, managing facilities and vendor relationships, supporting employee programs, and ensuring an organized, professional workplace. The ideal candidate is an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their career.
Responsibilities as the Office Manager:
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office administration, maintain office supplies, coordinate workplace logistics, and ensure an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Facilities & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for building management, vendors, maintenance providers, and office service partners while coordinating repairs and office needs.
  • Employee Experience: Coordinate employee events, office meetings, travel arrangements, and workplace initiatives that promote a positive and engaging office culture.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, mail distribution, visitor reception, and general administrative support.
