Job description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You will work directly with owner and Project Managers. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT.

Responsibilities:

  • Send correspondences and other formal documents for construction projects
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Issue contracts, submittals, insurance, track project milestone items.
  • Work with owner and project manager/s
  • Collect and track insurance
  • Apply for building permits

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, self starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • AI knowledge is requirement
