Part-Time | Non-Medical Home Care | Charlotte, NC
Pay: $38/hour + $50-$75 per completed assessment + $0.76/mile reimbursement
Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per week and 2-4 assessments, based on client and agency needs

We are a growing North Carolina licensed non-medical home care agency seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as both our Agency Director and Service Supervisor.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants a meaningful leadership role without the commitment of a full-time position.
Responsibilities
As Agency Director, you will provide administrative oversight of agency operations, including:
  • Regulatory compliance and agency policies
  • Personnel oversight and staff coordination
  • Quality assurance and record review
  • Communication with ownership and agency staff
  • Regulatory and operational responsibilities
As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Client assessments and reassessments
  • Required supervisory visits
  • Caregiver supervision and competency verification
  • Caregiver training and support
  • Client record and service documentation review
  • Completion of required supervisory reports
  • Addressing client-care concerns and communicating with families and caregivers
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable North Carolina home-care requirements
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
  • Must meet applicable North Carolina qualifications to serve as an Agency Director for a licensed home care agency providing in-home aide services
  • Home care, home health, private duty, geriatrics, or community nursing experience preferred
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills
  • Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
Schedule
Approximately 8–10 hours per week and 2-4 assessments, with flexibility based on agency and client needs.
Some administrative work may be completed remotely; however, assessments, supervisory visits, competency evaluations, and other duties requiring an in-person presence must be completed in person.
This is a part-time position, but reliability is essential. We are looking for someone who follows through, completes documentation on time, communicates promptly, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Compensation
$38.00/hour
+$50-$75 per completed assessment
+$0.76 per business mile

Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved agency travel.
