Part-Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position - Saginaw, MI


Responsibilities

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our wellestablished, highly respected team at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a highacuity Level III NICU, supported by a strong, collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that values autonomy, excellence, and professional growth.

Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decisionmaking, quality initiatives, and delivery room management?making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture.

NNP Position Highlights
  • 54bed Level III NICU with a busy, highacuity case mix
  • Average daily census of 35-40 patients
  • Collaborative, autonomous practice environment with a strong team culture
  • Full access to a robust network of pediatric subspecialties
  • Comprehensive scope of practice including:
    • Advanced patient assessment and management
    • Therapeutic decisionmaking and treatment planning
    • Participation in highrisk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
  • Active involvement in quality improvement and outcomedriven initiatives
