Practice Highlights & Innovations

Team-Based, Collaborative Care

  • Join a dynamic team of OB/GYN physicians, GYN-only specialists, midwives, and APNs across multiple locations.

  • Enjoy support from subspecialists, including MFM, Uro-Gyn, Gyn-Onc, and CHOP pediatric surgeons.

Patient-Centered & Accessible

  • Balanced, flexible 4-day workweek: office, OR, and L&D shifts with built-in time off.

  • Providers typically practice out of one or two sites of their choice, with locations throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties.

  • Modern Medical Arts Pavilion featuring women's health programs, maternal-fetal medicine, and more.

Comprehensive Services

  • Over 2,000 annual deliveries at our main hospital, with dedicated L&D and postpartum units.

  • 22-bed Level III NICU staffed by CHOP pediatric surgeons, caring for high-risk and complex cases.
