150 miles south of Montreal
Position Type: FT 4, 10-hour shifts OR PT 3, 10-hour shifts: Monday Friday (Flexible days)

Provider Type: MD/DO (no new grads, min 2 years experience)
Provider Specialty: Internal (preferred) or Family Medicine

Healthcare Setting: Outpatient practice only
Other Providers/Support in the department: 3 NPs, 2 Dos, Behavioral Health Specialist, Ambulatory
Pharmacist, Care Coordinator, RNs/LPNs/CMAs & Secretaries
Job Details:
Schedule: Full-Time Part-Time Flexible
Call Schedule: 1-2x per month, shared call with other community providers. Telephone only.
Salary Range: $110/hr. RVUs if requested

Medical center is recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home and is also a certified Rural Health Clinic. New physicians are supported by additional MDs/DOs, along with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators, and an array of specialists.
