Job description

Growing and financially sound non-profit health center providing primary care in Macon, GA and the surrounding area is seeking to add a primary care physician (IM/FM/IMPed) to their fantastic team. Their Macon site is recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. Family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and a part time licensed clinical social worker provide care to over 5,000 patients. Pharmacist and in-house pharmacy program.
The position offers manageable office hours, no hospital rounds or OB. Call is shared with a call group of community physicians.
