Part-time merchandisers often face challenges such as managing multiple store locations within limited hours, adapting to fast-changing product displays, and communicating effectively with store staff and supervisors. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends - reorganizing the department, restocking merchandise, and preparing the space for a successful tomorrow.
We believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
And we know that excellence is a journey - we strive to improve every day, take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
