Rise Local is growing! We're searching for a Social Media Coordinator to help with the planning and posting of social media content for clients across several different industries.

This is a part-time, on-location position in our Dallas Marketing Operations Center located at 2727 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy Ste 785, Dallas, TX, 75234.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, producing, creating, and posting social media content for multiple local SMB clients.

  • The Social Media Coordinator is a creative marketing role. They will create eye-catching headlines with engaging graphics, and optimize posts across varied social media platforms.

  • Use creative skills to transform raw graphics, photos, audio, and video into engaging social posts with a local flare.

  • Collaborate with web dev, copywriting, and advertising teams to make sure our customer's social media content is fully integrated into the client's website and advertising campaigns.

  • Be a champion for social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will know how to set up and manage social media posting and reporting tools, and be able to effectively demonstrate to clients how their social media marketing activity contributes to the customer's desired business results.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Passion for storytelling, building relationships, and creating content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of prior professional experience posting to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Is familiar with best practices in photography, videography, and editing techniques that make social media posts pop.

  • MUST be able to share examples of your social media work.

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products and online design tools like Canva.
