Job description

About L & E Research, Inc.
L&E Research connects clients with consumers, medical professionals, business professionals, and more - for virtually any market research project. We make efficient and accurate connections through the ongoing development of L&E's software and technology solutions.
Client Services Representative
Part-Time • Up to 30 hours/week • On-site
We're hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) to help us create great experiences for the people who come through our facility. If you like staying busy, working with a friendly team, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, you'll fit right in here.
About L&E Research
We bring companies and people together to talk. Since 1984, we've been a trusted partner in qualitative market research, helping the world's best brands listen to real people and make smarter decisions. Our facilities are where those conversations happen, and our Client Services team is what makes them feel welcoming.
What you'll do
As a CSR, you're the friendly face our clients and research participants meet when they walk in. On any given day, you might:
  • Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
  • Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
  • Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
  • Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
  • Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.

What we're looking for
  • You're friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
  • You're comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
  • You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
  • You can work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
  • You can stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • You're curious about new tools and technology, including AI.

If you've worked in client services, hospitality, or admin support, and if you're comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive, you would be a great candidate for this job.
Why this role
The CSR role is an entry point into working at L&E Research that also gives you a first step into the market research industry. As a member of the Client Services team, you'll have a clear path to becoming a Senior CSR, and potential opportunities to work in other departments like Operations, Recruiting, and Data Analysis, etc. based on your interests and strengths.
L&E Research is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
This job summary outlines primary responsibilities but is not intended to be all-inclusive. Duties may be modified or expanded to reflect business needs and the natural progression of the role.
The pay range for this role is:
13 - 17 USD per hour (Columbus )
