Description:Position Overview

SRCOG LLC DBA Shining Rock Golf Club is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Seasonal Line Cook plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality food experience for our members and guests across daily dining, tournaments, private events, and special functions. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.


Seasonal positions are defined as roles inside of our primary season of April 20th- October 19th 2026.

Part Time Roles are roles that work less than 29 hours a week



Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Assist with banquet and tournament food preparation as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (ServSafe standards preferred)
  • Properly store and label food items to maintain freshness and compliance
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (restaurant, club, or banquet environment)
