Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for legal professionals experienced in legal research, legal writing, contract drafting, contract review, litigation, dispute resolution, and structured legal workflow evaluation.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on legal research review, contract analysis, litigation workflow assessment, legal writing evaluation, dispute-related materials, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their legal expertise to review realistic legal scenarios, evaluate legal outputs, prepare structured written feedback, and support accurate, evidence-based legal workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Legal Research & Writing Review

  • Review legal materials involving case analysis, legal research, issue spotting, memo drafting, and written legal reasoning
  • Evaluate legal outputs against source materials, applicable legal standards, argument structure, and documented review criteria
  • Support structured review of legal memos, research summaries, case notes, issue lists, and advisory-style legal explanations
  • Identify missing issues, weak reasoning, unclear analysis, and expected legal review outcomes

Contract Drafting & Review Support

Ideal Profile
