Position Overview:
As a Cook, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience. You'll be responsible for preparing menu items to our high standards, ensuring quality, and maintaining quick ticket times. You'll also help manage kitchen cleanliness and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook all menu items, including Grab and Go options, according to Sapp Bros. specifications.
  • Operate pressure fryers efficiently and safely.
  • Portion, prep, and organize food before, during, and after service.
  • Check food temperatures and complete food safety and temperature logs.
  • Stock, rotate, and maintain product levels in Hot and Cold cases, coolers, and freezers.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized, and organized, including operating the industrial dishwasher.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by your management team.
