We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Technician to join our team Part Time in Reno, NV (for 20 hours a week).

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

  • Maintenance, system analysis, troubleshooting, & on-site support
  • PC and network troubleshooting and repair
  • Common desktop application support
  • Maintain current inventory

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Industry Certifications/Undergraduate Degree a plus
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Understanding of Windows operating systems: Windows 7 & Windows 10
  • Networking: LAN, WAN, WIRELESS
  • Network Appliances: Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
  • Basic understanding of Windows server environment
  • Common Desktop Productivity Applications: MS Office, Office 365, & Adobe Suite

Additional Requirements:

· Reliable Transportation

· Valid Driver's License

· Ability to Pass a Background Check

· Fluency in the English language, Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
