An educational organization is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician with expertise and professionalism, to deliver premier level support to in-house operations at our Casper, WY location.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
