Ohio Masonic Communities is the premier senior residential community serving three locations in Ohio. We are looking for an IT Professional with a proven track record of success and a strong background in customer service. This position will be onsite at our Medina, OH campus and is NOT a remote position. Travel to OMC Campuses (Springfield and Waterville) required as needed.

Summary:

  • Manage incoming tickets through phone, email, or ticketing system
  • General problem solving on diverse list of applications, hardware, and networking systems
  • Provide individual support on a case by case basis
  • Manages onboarding and terminations of new and leaving employees
  • General system administration using Active Directory and Office 365 Administration
  • Coordinates, maintains, and inputs records in Active Directory, Office 365
  • Works with IT Manager on in progress and upcoming projects
  • Performs new hardware deployment and installations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study with five years of experience in the IT field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required. Must be able to travel locally up to 50% of the time to other company worksite locations as needed (Springfield, OH and Waterville, OH).
  • The individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, spreadsheets, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Health Care Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred. Willingness to obtain additional IT certifications as dictated by the needs of the organization.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints and effectively present information to management. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, employees, staff, vendors, etc.
