Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Executive who thrives on meeting new people, creating opportunities, and nurturing relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who naturally connects with others, enjoys the thrill of the chase, and has the confidence to start conversations with anyone. If you often walk into a room full of strangers and walk out with three new connections, this role was built for you. If youโ€™re the type of person who can sell an idea, build trust quickly, and turn a cold introduction into a long-term relationship, we want to meet you.

As a part of our growing team, youโ€™ll play a key role in driving new client acquisition, building partnerships and positioning our agency as a strategic partner for leading brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the intersection of brand, design and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful and measurable impact through design.

Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline and contribute directly to new client acquisition by booking weekly and monthly meetings, progressing deals that convert into revenue
  • Conduct high-volume, targeted cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, events and calls to generate at least 5 qualified opportunities per week
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners, turning initial conversations into lasting partnerships
  • Represent the agency at events, meetings, and industry gatherings to generate leads and expand our network
  • Confidently pitch our services, tailoring messaging to each prospectโ€™s needs and business objectives
  • Support the sales pipeline from first contact to deal close, constantly hopping on the phone with leads on daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activity, and pipeline status in CRM; identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new leads based on strategic fit and likelihood to convert
  • Own and actively manage the pipeline from first touch to close, including consistent follow-ups and deal progression
  • Track conversation rates across every outreach channel and tactic; identify whatโ€™s working, double down on it, and quickly pivot away from what isnโ€™t
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine business development strategy, positioning, and outbound messaging
  • Run continuous outreach experiments (messaging, channels, audiences) and iterate based on performance data
  • Surface insights from outreach and conversations to inform broader business strategy and positioning

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to quickly gain strong understanding of brand strategy, design processes and creative industry dynamics
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach and networking
  • Naturally persuasive with a strong ability to build rapport
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a โ€œfigure it outโ€ attitude
  • Interest in sales, partnerships, business development, and startups

Bonus Points

  • Experience in sales, fundraising, event promotion, or recruiting
  • Active in student organizations or networking communities
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
  • Comfortable presenting ideas or pitching

Benefits

  • Join a passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking team shaping how brands are built and experienced.
  • Work with top-tier clients and creative talent in a dynamic studio culture.
  • Commission compensation package and growth opportunities within a scaling agency.
  • Hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and client relations
  • Direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making
  • Rapid learning in negotiation, persuasion, and business development
